Data Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data processed by Next Level Tech (GIANONI INFORMATICA LTDA, CNPJ 34.689.648/0001-39) — on the website or on the Faxty platform.

If you talked to a company that uses Faxty

In that case, the company you talked to on WhatsApp is the controller of your data, and NLT acts as the processor. You can choose either path:

1. Ask the company you talked to directly. It requests the deletion on the platform and we carry it out.
2. Or write to us at nextlevel@nextltech.com.br, with the subject "Data deletion", stating the phone number you used in the conversation and, if you know it, the name of the company you talked to.

If you used the website form

1. Write to nextlevel@nextltech.com.br with the subject "Data deletion".
2. State the email you used in the form.

What happens next

• Within 7 days we confirm we received the request and validate your identity (so we do not delete someone else's data by mistake).
• Within 30 days the deletion is completed and you receive confirmation by email.
• The conversation content, phone number and profile name associated with you are deleted. Data we are legally required to keep (for example, tax records) is retained only for the legal period.
