1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of the website nextltech.com.br, maintained by GIANONI INFORMATICA LTDA (CNPJ 34.689.648/0001-39), owner of the Next Level Tech brand, and the general conditions applicable to the services and the Faxty platform. By using the website, you agree to these terms.

2. What the website offers

The website is informational: it presents the company, the consulting, applied AI and mentoring services, and the Faxty product. No website content constitutes a binding commercial offer. Prices, scopes and deadlines are defined in a specific proposal or contract.

3. Contracting the services and Faxty

  • NLT services and the Faxty platform are contracted by companies (B2B), through their own proposal and contract, which prevail over these terms in case of conflict.
  • Faxty is a WhatsApp customer service platform: the contracting company connects its own number through the official WhatsApp Business API and serves its customers with the support of AI and its own team.
  • The contracting company is responsible for the content of the service it provides, for complying with Meta policies applicable to WhatsApp Business and for the legal basis of its customers' data processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Using the platform for spam, bulk marketing blasts, unlawful content or any use that violates Meta policies or applicable law is forbidden.

4. Intellectual property

The Next Level Tech brand, the Faxty brand, the logos, the website content and the platform software belong to GIANONI INFORMATICA LTDA or its licensors. Using the website grants no license over any of these assets.

5. Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. NLT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of its informational content. Responsibilities regarding the Faxty platform are those defined in the contract signed with each client company.

6. Privacy

The processing of personal data on the website and on the platform is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available on the data deletion page.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top indicates the current version. Using the website after a new version is published means you agree with it.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP, Brazil, are elected to settle any dispute, unless the law provides otherwise.
